JERRY L. RICHARDSON - ENGINEER

Mr. Richardson is a North Texas native from Throckmorton County. Upon graduating from high school in Olney, he entered Texas A & M University where he received a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering in December, 1979.

Upon graduation, Mr. Richardson went to work for Halliburton Services and was first stationed in Wichita Falls as an engineer trainee. After completing his training, he was transferred to Snyder, Texas where he worked for the next 8½ years and served the district as Field Engineer. During this time he was involved with many of Halliburton’s services. He designed and supervised numerous stimulation, cement, water control & tool operations. He was promoted to District Engineer in 1982 and later transferred to Jacksboro, Texas. Mr. Richardson worked in Jacksboro for the next 16 years. During this time, he was heavily involved in stimulation and cementing design procedures. A portion of this time involved technical sales. He became very knowledgeable with the development and design of stimulation procedures in the Barnett Shale of the Fort Worth Basin. He was included by Mitchell Energy (now Devon) and was instrumental in the development of the continually evolving process of stimulating the Barnett Shale.

After 25 year of service with Halliburton, Mr. Richardson retired in March of 2005 and joined Trio Consulting & Management, LLC in Wichita Falls. He is a 20+ year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is now seeking registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
