Mr. DuBose graduated from Midwestern State University in May 1985 with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Mr. DuBose is presently responsible for all accounting, financial and tax matters of Trio Operating Company, Inc. These responsibilities include office management and administration, supervision of the joint interest billing accounts, preparation of division orders and assignments, revenue distribution, Joint Operating Agreements, state severance tax reporting, payroll, financial statement preparation and internal reporting.

Mr. DuBose came to work for Trio Operating Company, Inc. in February 1989 and has over 22 years experience is oil and gas accounting. Mr. DuBose is a past President of the Wichita Falls COPAS chapter and has served on the Board of Directors as well as the property tax and Insurance committees for the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers.
